Address Information and Modification

Address Accuracy

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. The address should include the street number, building number, room or apartment number, city, state or province, postal code, country, recipient name, and phone number.

Language Requirement: Please provide the shipping address in English, including street number, building number, room number, and postal code.

Address Modification

If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Once the package has been shipped, the shipping address can no longer be modified.

Aula Keyboard is not responsible for failed delivery, return fees, re-shipping fees, or package loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address information provided by the customer.

Order Processing Time

1–3 Business Days Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
15 Business Days During promotional periods, holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take up to 15 business days.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier. Delivery time begins after the package has been dispatched.

Undeliverable Regions

Standard Shipping via Yun Express has undeliverable regions. Please verify that your delivery address is not within these restricted regions before placing an order with Standard Shipping.

Affiliated islands, offshore islands, military addresses, PO BOX addresses, and certain remote areas may not be eligible for delivery depending on the destination country and carrier.
  • Affiliated Islands: Affiliated islands are not eligible for delivery.
  • United Kingdom: Overseas territories and offshore islands, such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, and Jersey, are not eligible for delivery.
  • United States: Remote areas and overseas territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam are excluded. APO/FPO military addresses are also not eligible.
  • South Africa: Addresses containing keywords such as box, posbus, plot, plaas, farm, private bag, or privaat sak, as well as affiliated islands, are excluded from delivery.
  • Philippines / Chile / Colombia: Certain restricted areas are not eligible for delivery.
  • Singapore: Delivery is not available to certain regions.
  • Japan: APO/FPO military addresses and Amazon addresses are excluded from delivery.
  • South Korea: Certain remote areas are not eligible. PO BOX and military addresses are also excluded.
  • UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon: PO BOX addresses are not eligible for delivery.
Please ensure the provided address and phone number are accurate to avoid delivery issues. Aula Keyboard is not responsible for undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or restricted addresses.

Duties and Import Taxes

General Policy

Due to varying customs policies in different countries and regions, we cannot control or predict customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs-related charges.

Our product prices do not include VAT or import taxes for your country unless otherwise stated. For detailed information, please consult your local customs office before placing an order.

Tax-Inclusive Shipping

Standard Shipping via Yun Express includes taxes for most countries. However, Aula Keyboard is not responsible for additional administrative fees, handling fees, customs fees, or local courier charges imposed by your local courier or customs authority.

Customers are responsible for verifying and paying any applicable local taxes, import duties, customs fees, or processing charges required by their destination country.

Undelivered Packages

Customs Issues

If your parcel is held by customs, we will notify you as soon as possible when we receive the relevant information. Failure to provide required information, pay required taxes, or complete customs clearance may result in the parcel being returned to the shipping company’s origin warehouse or, in some cases, destroyed.

Re-shipping will incur additional fees. If you choose not to retrieve the parcel, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Returned Packages

If an undelivered package is returned to us, we will contact you to resolve the issue and arrange a new shipment where possible. If a new shipment is not feasible, a refund may be issued, minus the original shipping charges and any applicable return-related fees.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any consequences, delays, losses, or fees incurred if a parcel is undelivered due to the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address or phone number.
  • The recipient is unreachable.
  • Refusal to sign for the package upon delivery.
  • Opting for “no-signature delivery.”
  • Refusal to pay local taxes, duties, or processing fees.
  • Failure to provide necessary documents for customs clearance.
  • Theft, loss, or damage resulting from recipient negligence.

How Do I Get Help for My Order?

Package Verification

Upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents and condition of the package before signing for it. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel and product.

Faulty or Missing Items

If your order contains faulty or missing items, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • An appropriate email subject title.
  • Your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • Photos and videos showing the faulty or missing product.
  • Photos of the shipping label and parcel details.
  • An unboxing video, if available.
If additional proof is required, we may request more information. Once confirmed, we may arrange a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us by email first. Aula Keyboard reserves the right to determine whether the incorrect item needs to be returned.

We aim to review your email within 3 working days.

Special Shipping Requirements

Certain countries and regions require additional information for customs clearance. Please provide the required information when placing your order to avoid delays, failed delivery, return, or customs confiscation.

Macau / Hong Kong / Taiwan For Macau SAR, Hong Kong SAR, and Taiwan, please fill in the address and recipient name in Chinese.
Taiwan Please provide your ID card number, or passport number if you are a foreigner. Recipients must download the Ezway app and register an account for customs clearance.
South Korea Please provide your Korean name, Korean address, personal tax ID starting with P plus 12 digits, and recipient phone number starting with 010 plus 8 digits.
  • Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Turkey, Norway: Please provide the recipient’s tax ID or VOEC number to ensure smooth customs clearance.
  • Peru, South Africa, Turkey: Customers must provide a valid ID number for customs clearance.
  • Taiwan: Failure to complete Ezway registration may result in customs confiscating the goods. Aula Keyboard will not be held responsible for such cases.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number or tracking link to monitor the shipment status through the carrier’s website.

  1. Order Processed Your order is prepared, packed, and handed over to the shipping carrier.
  2. Tracking Email Sent A shipping notification with your tracking number will be sent to your email address.
  3. Track Your Package Use the tracking number or link to check the latest delivery status.
  4. Contact Support if Needed If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you experience a delivery issue, contact us for assistance.
Tracking updates may take some time to appear after shipment, especially during carrier handover, customs clearance, weekends, holidays, or peak shipping periods.
